We are a family owned fastener distributor. As a small business we work as a team, and all employees are expected and required to help with tasks as needed. Position Tasks: Assist customers and enter orders in computer. Pull, pack, and check outgoing orders for accuracy. Assist with warehouse maintenance and general tasks as needed. Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 70 lbs. Need to have reliable transportation Compensation: Hourly wage: $18/hr, plus monthly, Christmas, and substantial annual bonus through profit sharing. Amounts to approximately $50,000 a year +/- 401(k) – We deposit an additional 3% of your wages into your retirement. We also make additional contributions to the 401k plan at the end of the year through profit sharing.
