Description
Estimated 5-6 weeks of work.
9am-3pm 5 days a week on average.
Hours may vary to work around weather or other scheduling restraints.
Several odd jobs need done but you are being hired to help, not to take these jobs on your own.
Jobs to complete are:
Painting * Deck Board Replacements * Light Landscaping * 2 Sidewalk Blocks to Replace * Deck Railings * Minor Demo Work * Flat Garage Roof Replacement * Cleaning * Trash Removal * Shower Stall Replacement * Some Flooring Replacement *
Must have some experience and your own transportation along with your own hand tools (no power tools other than your own drills are expected).
