Busy General Contractor is currently looking for experienced tradesmen and laborers to join our team. You will receive a Fulltime position with an established San Diego based General Contractor. The requirements for these positions are as follows: Previous construction experience is preferred by not necessary. We will train the right candidates multiple construction trades. Hourly and piece work available. A reliable Truck and tools are required. Must have a current California Drivers License. We are looking to hire dependable and reliable employees and Subcontractors who are experienced, knowledgeable and skilled. They should be experienced in many areas of remodeling. Our team is a customer service based operation that focuses on creating relationships with our clients. As a Remodeling Technician with our organization you will become a key member of our team. Your responsibilities will include a "CAN DO" attitude along with performing quality craftsmanship for our clients. You are required to build customer relationships and uphold our high standard for excellent customer service. You should have a solid history and background of skilled tradesman experience. You are self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. You need the ability to work independently with problem solving skills. You manage your time effectively and are able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Must be very reliable and able to commute to jobs throughout San Diego & Orange Counties.
