JOB DESCRIPTION The Maintenance position is a F/T Hourly position. This person will work on property 5 days a week. The typical start of the shift would be around 7am and would consist of no more than 8 hrs. per day. This position will require communication with Ownership, Operations Team and Store Managers. Equipment to execute all tasks will be provided by the employer. RESPONSIBILITIES -Maintain property (pressure washing patio, overseeing basic plant/landscaping of property) -Handle basic "handyman" tasks (maintain heaters/misting systems, fixing restaurant equipment (when within the spectrum of talents), fixing light fixtures and fans, addressing basic plumbing issues, basic paint detail as needed, etc.) REQUIREMENTS -2+ years of facilities experience -Restaurant maintenance a plus -HVAC experience a plus COMPENSATION $20-$23/hr based on experience PERKS -Health Insurance Program (after 60 day probationary period) -Free shift meals
