We have a great position available immediately on our team for someone that has some maintenance experience & general labor. We maintain the upkeep of 2 buildings and do apartment unit turns/ preparation for the next tenants. Current residents have work orders also that need to be completed as they are submitted.
Our days & hours are: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm; and paid weekly/every Friday. We offer reasonable flexibility for appointments, etc. as needed.
