MobilityWorks is seeking an outgoing, energetic Service Technician. We believe in our mission and make every effort to live our core values. What you get to accomplish: Complete mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance of vehicles. Read and complete tasks as communicated through written service orders. Test drive vehicles to ensure the quality of installations and repairs. Ensure a high level of quality in adherence to company standards. Complete all jobs within acceptable time limits. Maintain all licenses and certifications required to perform assigned duties. Maintain utilization and efficiency numbers as required per their assigned title at a minimum. Install adaptive equipment into vehicles as assigned. (Training will be provided-as outlined in our 500 Service Tech Career Path) Maintain and repair equipment and adaptations that have been previously installed. (Training will be provided-as outlined in our 500 Service Tech Career Path) Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment and/or adaptations. (Training will be provided-as outlined in our 500 Service Tech Career Path) To learn more about the 500 Service Tech career path What you should possess: Electrical and/or automotive wiring experience, Experience working with hydraulic and electrical systems. Excellent customer service skills and experience are required. Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Experience working independently with minimal supervision is required. Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background checks and pre-employment drug screening. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
