Flipping Help Needed $12/ Hour / 40 Hour week

I’m in the process of fixing a home to sell/ rent and might have more projects. I try to do them myself or I have a friend who helps me. I’m looking for some additional help. Flexible hours. Probably 30-40 hours a week. Can pay $12 an hour Work includes Picking stuff from Home Depot / Lowes or other Clean, prep, prime, paint Landscaping/ pavers/ gravel or build a deck Install tiles / backsplash Pressure wash Sand / stain Help with picking stuff and cleaning up It’s a full project : kitchen, bathroom, floors, walls, light fixtures etc Could be this or something more. We try to have fun when we work and see this as a creative project. If you are a DIYer or pro, either works You can do this as a second job or weekend or weekday. If you have tools that’s great too Might run a background check as I had someone who stole some of stuff so little wary. Please attach any pictures of work you’ve done.
