Weiss Family Properties is seeking a field inspector to join our team. As a field inspector you would be required to do the following: Essential Functions of a Field Inspector • Perform various property inspections • Inspect and authorize move ins for property vacancies • Monitor progress of remodeling for all vacancies and assure quality work from all working vendors • Photograph properties and/or vacancies and manage photo files • Report essential findings tied to photographic record • Assist your team by being on call for afterhours emergencies when needed • Create and close out maintenance requests in our property management software Requirements for a Field Inspector • Bilingual – Spanish and English • Must be eligible to work in USA • Maintain effective communication with all office personnel • Positive customer service attitude Benefits • Medical, Dental and Life Insurance after 30 days • Paid vacation • Paid sick and holiday pay Schedule • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
