Great lockout studio share available now - drums ok

Looking for a musician and/or producer to share my lockout studio with in NoHo - roughly 15x13' and avail now. It would be $325/month and only sharing with me. I'm not there too often, so I'm sure we could work out a schedule that is mutually cool. It's more of a practice/production space for a drummer/producer/instrumentalist - not so much for full band rehearsals (although a few people can jam together now and then 😉). Gated parking and safe spot with outside gate/door code access. Not a ton of bands practicing in neighboring rooms so it's relatively quiet for a lockout space.
