Rehearsal room at Old Rainier seeks band/individuals

Hello. We are looking for a band to join to our rehearsal space (or perhaps a couple individuals) at the Old Rainier Brewery (ORB). The room has a shared drum kit and PA. There's some storage, though not enough for drum sets or massive amps, The room is clean and organized. Rent is paid electronically, month to month, and proratable at move-in. Move-out requires one month notice. Last month's rent is due up front. If interested, please email for pricing and availability.
