I help our feral population of community cats with their offspring by taking in the feral kittens after the parents are altered, socialize them, and offer them deeply discounted to save any vet or clinic costs to people looking for an inexpensive companion. All kittens come with:
Alteration (Spay/Neuter)
At least one set of vaccines
Deworming
Flea Treatment (Revolution)
Microchipping
For $40, I do sent them home with a care kit if you are new to cats (litter, food) and offer returns with no questions asked if it doesn't work out.
I only have one male orange tabby and the female Tortoiseshell Tabby Female ready to go. These two pics show the two ready to go. While they may look a bit nervous, they are not aggressive. The male is already purring, and has the needed social skills being handled multiple times daily. Both will require time to will warm up to your home and you with the female still doing a bit of "hissing."
What I have found in doing this for many years is that the feral conversions make better pets in the long haul. The two that are available now were accidentally ear tipped, but it's not super obvious, so I'm reducing the rehome fee to $35 - with all proceeds for these two going to Fieldhaven Feline Center.
Please feel free to call me with any questions.
