Reposting due to last adopter falling through. I’m looking for a home for my sweet male Persian. I received my service dog not too long ago and have tried everything to make it work, but he simply hates the dog and his quality of life in my house now that my service dog is there it heartbreaking. Ideally he should go to an only cat household as he is very sweet and loving with humans but scared of other animals especially dogs. He did have another male cat he lived happily with previously. He was a rescue that had been declawed so he is unable to defend himself in an aggressive situation. He is on Purina urinary tract health canned food as well as the dry. I will not let him go to a dog household. He is 5 years old, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped. He currently is rocking his lion cut which he gets for the summer that is now starting to grow back out so he’s not super fluffy like usual. His name is Monti and he knows his name and will come if you call him. I love him so much and that is why I’m doing the responsible thing and finding him a home that he doesn’t feel fear in. I simply can’t go without my service dog. There is a rehoming fee of $150 for him. The ideal home would be an older person with no pets. He will not go to a dog household or one with young children that will chase him. Serious inquires only! I can meet up with you somewhere to meet him. He is not himself in my home with service dog and only hides.
