Job description A property Management grounds and building maintenance position Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a building. Minor general landscaping, minor maintenance to repair structures, and maintaining the inside and outside of buildings. Requirements Strong work ethic Self motivated Team player & ability to work alone Detail oriented Mechanically inclined Problem solver/critical thinker Good communicator Positive attitude Valid DL & clean driving record Clean Background Responsibilities Responsible for daily upkeep of the apartment buildings & grounds which includes cleaning, removing trash, and cleaning/maintaining common areas Painting Irrigation repairs Carpentry repairs Updating service orders using a mobile device Clears driveways & walkways of debris using equipment such as backpack blower, hand blower, and various common hand tools Report any problems that may need management's attention Pet waste clean-up Equipment maintenance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Belgrade, MT 59714: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: One location
