Team Leader/CDL Driver/Stocker About Us: We are a locally owned construction supply and service company in Belgrade, MT looking for CDL drivers with a clean driving record. We have been in business since 1988 and have grown into multiple stores in Montana. Being an employee at our company you enjoy coming to work in an enjoyable atmosphere, weekends off, competitive pay and a routine schedule. Not to mention our great benefits package! Our company is not only a retail store, but we also deliver and stock units accordingly. The schedule will be 7 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday with early release potential on slow days. Your job will be securing loads and driving to the job site. There you will set up the truck to gain access to the site and we will either boom product to the site via doors or windows or we will set up a spot to proceed with hand packing the product. Knowledge: Loading and unloading product and supplies on to trucks Ability to perform daily, weekly and annual inspections of the equipment Operating large trucks, forklifts and boom equipment Understanding of construction products/supplies and comprehension of timing & placement in deliveries & disbursements Responsibilities: Work with sales team to get proper product and supplies to customers for fellow employee/crew safety as well as efficiency Conduct themselves within company guidelines as well as within DOT regulations Timely and accurately deliver and stock product Benefits (Subject to Probation Period & Full Time Status): $5000 Sign On Bonus $1000 Retention Bonus Competitive Pay Health Insurance with Employer Contribution Vacation & Sick Days Holiday Pay Vision Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Aflac Available 401k with Employer Contribution Bonus Potential *Sign on Bonus payable over first 12 months.
