Description

Process and fulfill work orders for a variety of maintenance issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint. Assists with the turning of vacant units to prepare them for new tenants Participate in an ongoing community maintenance and improvement plan. Bulk trash removal as needed Perform on-call emergency service as required. Complete work quickly and efficiently Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - High School Diploma - Able to read, write, and speak English - Valid driver’s license - Reliable vehicle and tools - Able to utilize work order tracking system - Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability - Exceptional time management skills - Impeccable customer service skill Salary: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
