"Buffy" is a neutered male Ragdoll cat, 11-12 years old. He is a sweet friendly cat who needs a new home. Buffy does not care for small children because they squeeze him. Otherwise he gets along with everybody. Buffy has developed a behavior problem. Up until 2 years ago, he used a cat-door to go outside and do his "business." But after an injury, he had a cone around his neck and could not use the cat-door to go outside. Since then, he has not wanted to use the cat-door and uses a litter box instead. He always uses the litter-box to urinate, but sometimes he will poop on the floor. This has become a more frequent behavior since I got married 2 years ago and my husband moved in with me. We have recently isolated Buffy to the lower level of our house. He loves affection and has just not been getting enough. Perhaps in a new household, we hope that Buffy could resume better habits. Buffy is up-to-date with his vaccinations.
