Seeking Volunteers for Language Comprehension Studies (Baltimore)
Researchers at Johns Hopkins are looking for volunteers to participate in behavioral studies. These studies involve reading sentences, comprehending spoken language, and interpreting scenarios. There will be 2 to 3 sessions that are each 2 to 3 hours long. Depending on your availability, you can choose to participate in some or all of the studies you are eligible for. Eligible volunteers will be asked to complete studies in-person at Johns Hopkins University and compensated $20/hr and $10 for every additional 30 minutes.
Participants must be native American English speakers between the ages of 23 and 53. Participants must also have normal or corrected-to-normal vision and normal hearing, with no history of neurological, cognitive, or language-related disorders.
