This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in the craft beer world. We are seeking a Line Technician to join our DFW team! We are looking for a someone to service draft beer lines to our DFW bar and restaurants. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Visiting customer locations provided on a daily route list to clean and service draft beer lines. - Building relationships with bar owners, managers, and bartenders on the route. - Planning accordingly to visit our Dallas Warehouse to restock on supplies when necessary. - Notify office staff of supplies that need to be reordered. - High level of communication with Lead Line Technician, accounts, and Sales Reps. - Ability to run hot shot deliveries when necessary - Ability to take full delivery route if needed. - 20-29 hours per week with room to advance. Qualifications: - Valid Texas Driver’s License and clean driving record - Basic computer skills including GPS and email - Ability to work efficiently and effectively without supervision - Ability to work a flexible schedule on heavy days including Thursday and Friday - Detail oriented, organized, and punctual - Ability to lift ½ barrel kegs weighing 130 lbs. multiple times per day We are looking for someone who: - Over communicates any issues that arise during the day - Shows up to work on time, every day and gives sufficient notice for requested time off - Evaluates the position every day and brings ideas on improvement - Enjoys craft beer and can engage in conversations with our customers and their customers - Execute on opportunities for advancement when they arise - Sets a good example for other employees - Ability to overcome obstacles without help if necessary
