2 Year old shepard mix

Luna May is a sweet 2 year old Shepard mix. She is potty trained and knows sit, shake, and kisses. She pulls a little on leash (we've been working on it) but doesn't really need a leash. She definitely knows her name and will come back immediately off leash. We recently moved to an apartment and she's having a terrible time. She needs a yard as she refuses to go potty on a leash. (Not sure why?) She is good with dogs, cats, kids and pretty much everything in between. I have 2 toddlers myself and they absolutely adore her and hang all over her.
