Why is it ok for these Romanian Gypsies to leave such a mess at the Belle Circle Rotary and the Beach Street and Squire Road intersections? Children walk to school through these intersections and need to step over their trash piles. Their signs and claims of need for help are nothing but lies. They are well known grifters and cons, leaving filth all over the North Shore and Merrimack valley. They obviously don’t need your food and drink donations since they leave it all behind at the end of their shift. Please give to a respected food pantry instead, and ask them to clean up their mess.
