Painter/handyman help finish bldg rehab $20/hr

Needed experienced (painter 50% of the work ) and various other jobs helping me to finish project. A willingness to pitch in and think required ! To be clear everybody thinks they can paint but painting is a heck of a lot more than rolling paint on the wall. Cut bucket, sash brush, pan liner, brush spinner, floor runner, latex vs oil are some of the terms and items I need you to be familiar with. The ability to apply a full wet coat at all times. And be willing to do 2-3 hours of basement cleaning, and ASSIT ME to remove a small bath subfloor and install drop ceiling.
