We are a vendor for a property management company seeking dependable independent subcontractors to help us complete work orders for small home repairs. We receive 5-15 work orders every day. We need people that know a little bit about everything. The list of work orders we receive include, but are not limited to landscaping, minor electrical and plumbing, appliance repair and replacement, paint, house cleaning, HVAC, fence and deck repairs, minor roof repairs, tree trimming and removal, pest control and minor carpentry. We are looking for subcontractors that can handle MULTIPLE work orders and have IMMEDIATE availability. If you have good communication skills, pricing, punctuality and work ethic, we will keep you busy.
