It's one basement room. Straight shot down the stairs for stocking purposes. 12 x 13 room. Ceiling, 2 walls, closet. (The other walls have existing paneling that remains.) Out-of-town guests currently occupy much of the basement until 9/6, day after Labor Day. Prefer drywallers with commercial experience looking for a side gig that week. Pros only, no hacks lol
