At Vail’s premier Solaris Residences, our team thrives on delivering unparalleled service to our owners and guests, and we are looking for a full time, year round Engineering / Maintenance Tech to join our team. This role is responsible for responding to all maintenance issues in and around the property and generally keeping the property in a like new condition. Duties Include: -Light Carpentry -Plumbing -Electrical -A/V, IT -Pool Maintenance -Painting & Staining -Mechanical -Appliance Maintenance Location: The Solaris Residences- Vail, CO Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round Pay Rate: $24+/ hour DOE + $2000 Signing Bonus* *Half paid after one month, half paid after three months Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts/ week. 8am-6:30pm. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Minimum Requirements: -Experience in mechanical and HVAC systems preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. -A strong work ethic, and a good attitude are a must.
