OMEX is seeking someone who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks. This candidate must be able to work independently with little to no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm located at our main office: 537 S. 48th St. Suite 104, Tempe, AZ 85285.  Office Manager Responsibilities:  Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly Assist with all HR duties Manage all onboarding and offboarding Manage all social media sites and content  Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, filing systems are designed and maintain in place Provide general support to visitors, and answer and direct calls Remain updated on technical and professional knowledge by taking educational trainings Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role Must have exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Office) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter and driven  Additional Information: Must be able to communicate in English verbally and written Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus Applicant must past E-Verify Applicant background check required ***** This is not a remote position***** Apply Now:
