Established construction/development company has available positions for professional builders, remodelers, laborers. We specialize in building and renovating multifamily properties and we’re seeking motivated and dedicated specialists in all areas of construction and remodeling, including roofers and finish carpenters. As a member of one of our work crews you’ll have the opportunity to touch every aspect of construction, both interior and exterior. We provide full medical benefits, bonuses, and profit sharing. You’ll be involved in demolition, drywall, flooring, framing, doors/windows, basic plumbing & electrical, roofing, gutters, siding, fencing, decks, cabinet installation and more! MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ✔Construction, remodeling, or related fields ✔Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔Able to safely operate hand and power tools typicall used in construction ✔Must be reliable, punctual and dedicated ✔Ability to follow instructions accurately and problem solve effectively DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: ✔Position is based in Vancouver, WA. Must be able to reliably commute ✔Travel to designated properties/job locations ✔The ability to follow instructions carefully and complete daily reports accurately and timely Compensation ranges from $16 to $30, depending upon experience and skillset levels.
