FULL TIME SIGN ON BONCE We are a locally run property management company and are looking for a Full-time Maintenance Technician to add to the team. If you're someone who is hardworking and reliable with experience doing multi-faceted jobs. A jack-of-all-trades. This may be for you? MUST be on-call for snow - usually early mornings. MUST take on-call maintenance phone every other week. We want someone with a fun positive attitude and those who are courteous to tenants & other team members. Dress casual (PACE - work clothing) Duties / Tasks: Light plumbing Painting (Interior / exterior) Basic carpentry (repair and/or replacement) Basic electrical (replacing fixtures) Snow removal Errands (pick-up / deliver supplies) General tasks Minor HVAC repairs Minor Appliance repairs Engines and small engine "Preferred " Etc. Qualifications: Valid US driver's license Smart phone (Calls / Text / Email / Internet) Dependable / Reliable (show up on-time / complete task) Detail-oriented Hardworking Self-Initiative Ability to work with others Willing to learn and take constructive criticism.
