You will learn how to perform a scope of work, pricing, identifying, purchasing, and financing a property and the rehab. We, along with our community partner, assist in your sobriety, regaining your driver's license, assist with any legal matters, assist with banking, credit repair, family unification, and eventually with home ownership.
