*About the Position* High Mowing School, a K-12 independent day and boarding school located in Wilton NH, is currently seeking a full-time General Maintenance person. This position reports directly to the Director of Facilities. This person must possess a working knowledge of basic construction and maintenance skills. The essential functions of the position are: --Respond to Facility email requests daily --Maintain cleanliness and safety of all buildings and common areas --Repair minor plumbing problems --Perform maintenance at fixed site locations --Care and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment --Required to share in the on-call rotation --Responsible for snow removal and landscaping as required *Qualifications* Personable, neat, dependable and trustworthy. Knowledge of building operations required. Working knowledge with construction and plumbing tools. Reliability, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude necessary. --High School Diploma or equivalent required. --Experience in a related field is preferred, but will train the right person. --Valid Driver's License required. --Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and read, write, and speak English. *Compensation * The compensation for this full-time, year round position includes: --Salary commensurate with experience --Health, dental, life, STD, & LTD --Tuition remission 90% --Generous vacation package --Option to contribute to 403b account *About High Mowing School* High Mowing School, established in 1942, is home to over 330 Preschool-Grade 12 day and boarding students.
