CDL preferred + non-cdl must have motorcycle endorsement

CDL - Non-CDL, team and single drivers for Transporting motorcycles and single cars with a 16' box truck and single car hauler. I am fully Licensed and insured. Must have clean record, clean driving record and drug free as this is regulated by the DOT. Looking for back up drivers for gig work at the moment. Id prefer a CDL driver - (a single car hauler is attached to the truck making it a combo unit) but having a motorcycle license is more important either way. You will be driving a box truck and loading and unloading motorcycles from auctions (they load and unload with fork lift - but you need to strap the bikes down.) Must be able to handle large heavy motorcycles. If you have your own box truck - is even better. PAY - is based on each route. Im looking for secondary (team) drivers also. A good route can pay as much as much as $1500 or more for a 5-6 day run - will nego with truck owners. Current routes are OH and PA to NY and NJ and back, and also the north east coast down to FL and back. Call for more details. Will train, but Im also looking for experienced drivers, some motorcycles are worth $40k + and i will provide the dispatch with guaranteed immediate work. Currently have 1 truck route, and looking to start another. Team driver pay will vary according to route - first routes will start as team driver, then have your own truck. Will be on the road for at least a week at a time. I try to have each completed route done in 6 days max 7th day off. 2 weeks on 1 wk off - will nego all details. Thanks.
