We do entire house remodels and we are currently hiring only experienced workers. Workers must be able to install countertops from Home Depot, repair drywall and finish it, paint, have wood framing experience for any small deck repairs or walls we put up. Be able to install doors, windows, put up a little bit of siding from time time,we also do plumbing repairs and electrical repairs obviously nothing too big but we do change outlets and light switches and flushmount lights and add wiring where ever their are no lights or where ever power is needed. and we do correct any plumbing issues such as leaking faucets or leaking shower handles. We install water heaters, You must be Efficient and be able to work under pressure for most houses we do are being done under contract. WE DONT PUT UP CARPET OR INSTALL ANY FLOORING, WE DONT MESS WITH ROOFS We do however fix any damaged soffit and fascia *Tools required* Impact drill, skill saw, saw saw, oscillating tool, tool belt, regular hammer drill and drill, paint sprayer, finish nail gun 18 or 16 gauge, 6’ ladder. Electrical - 2 types of testers one for power the other one to make sure all outlets are installed correctly, pliers and snipe to cut wires Plumbing - different types of wrenches, pliers, we work with PVC, PEX, and little of shark bites. All tools to work with those materials are a must. If your a helper or don’t have any experience please do not respond as we currently don’t have anybody out in the field to teach you.
