Hey I am a recording artist and mixing engineer looking for a studio/rehearsal space to rent. I’m open to many options but I’m hoping to find a room that is at least 300 square feet. Late night access would be ideal but not a deal breaker. A shared space seems unlikely to work but I’m open to the possibility.
