Small college with multiple buildings seeks part time cleaning services from a dependable & responsible person. Approximately 20-25 hours per week, 2-3 weekday evenings & 1 weekend day per week to clean 3 buildings adjacent to each other near downtown Asheville. A good year-round part-time or side job for the right person. You must have your own transportation. Cleaning supplies and equipment provided. Expectations to be discussed during walk through with successful candidate. Must be eligible for employment in the US. Must be able to walk up and down stairs, lift and carry cleaning supplies/equipment. We are a SMOKE FREE campus. No smoking on or near the properties. No exceptions. Must be able to begin work by Sept 6 Excellent References and a Background Check are required for this position.
