Commercial roofing foreman/helper

Help wanted for a small but quickly growing commercial roofing contractor. The best candidate will have experience with single ply roofing membrane, preferably Duro-Last. I am in search of someone who can jump right in and prove their worth with minimal training. We currently have over 5 months backlog with more coming in, so there will be plenty of hours that will come with this position. New crews are being planned in the next few months so promotion opportunities are going to be available soon as well. Unexperienced workers are also encouraged to apply. As we expand, we will be needing more people to train up and be ready to fill future foreman, sales, and supervisor roles as they become available. We are looking for a long term employee. Our work is hard, but we have a good work environment.
