Service Tech 5 years Service Tech helper 2 years Lead man/ Installer 5 years Helpers - No Experience Necessary Construction industry or HVAC experience a plus Clean criminal background (no felonies) Clean driving record Ability to lead and communicate with customers and co- workers Management experience a plus Have a teaching mentality with research and mentoring qualities Job duties: Assist in all aspects of the business to help develop employees, maintain culture, success and accountability.
