Looking for cats

I’m looking for 2 barn cats. I have brand new barn with heated and protected tack room. The cats will have access to the barn via “cat door”. I don’t want feral cats and prefer they are already bonded. I feed and take care of my working pets. I have excellent vet and professional references. They will have safe comfortable place to be and have daily interaction with myself and family members. I have horses and chickens. This is a working job for a couple cats. Please responded with what you have that might fit my needs. I prefer fixed female cats but willing to fix a proper candidate. Thanks
