Job Description: We are looking for skilled and motivated maintenance personnel for our apartment community. General maintenance knowledge required, such as carpentry, plumbing, cleaning, painting and landscaping. Duties include completing work orders, apartment turn-overs, preventative maintenance, general landscaping, snow removal and building maintenance. This position has a 40 hour work week, with competitive pay based on experience. The candidate should be experienced, dependable, and hard working. Responsibilities: *Office build-outs (demo, wall construction, drywall, ceiling tiles, painting, etc…) *Maintain HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure functionality *Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, repair furniture, etc…) *Respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues as directed by Property Manager *Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects Requirements: *High school diploma/GED required *Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods *Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices *Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime as needed *Must have the ability to climb heights, lift up to 50lbs. *Reliable transportation and valid ID *Applicants must have the ability to take direction, be productive, and have great attention to detail skills.
