Our Largo located shop that manufactures and sells closet panels is urgently seeking a Shop Helper to join the team! This is a full time position with a tremendous amount of growth opportunity! The responsibilities of this position would be wrapping and strapping pallets, drilling fixed shelves and being able to jump over and help with other areas as needed throughout the day such as loading/unloading product, sorting, and lifting. Must have the ability to work hands on and stand for long periods of time, and okay to work in a non-climate controlled environment. Candidate must be able to commit to the schedule and have reliable transportation, able to read a tape measure, utilize hand tools and power tools. Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00am-6:00pm/7:00pm OT offered! If you are able to work Saturdays that would be a plus, (A normal Saturday is 6am to around 12pm) Responsibilities & Qualifications: -Previous warehouse, shop, or manufacturing experience -Have to be eager to learn and be a team player -Must be physically able to lift, bend, and pickup materials -Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time -Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment -Reliable transportation Starting pay: $16.00 per hour with performance based increases in your base rate of pay, PTO & Paid Holidays after the probationary period.
