PoolPro Inc. is seeking a Pool and Spa Maintenance Technician to train up and join our team in Bellevue! If hired, you would be responsible for: -Managing a route that includes the maintenance and chemical balancing of swimming pools and spas -The ability to manage the stocking of chemicals and any pool related equipment on assigned truck for daily use. -The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office. - Managing the upkeep of vehicle maintenance to assigned truck (Les Schwab & Jiffy Lube Accounts) A good fit will be someone who can demonstrate: -Great customer service with integrity -Self-motivated and efficient -Enjoys physical work and movement -Detail oriented with strong follow through -Team player, willing to help coworkers succeed -Accepts ownership and responsibility -Willingness to work overtime due to high seasonality of the industry -Someone who will take pride in providing our customers excellent service as well as maintaining their pools and spas to a high standard Job Type: Full-time + seasonal overtime / Part-time Pay: $21.00 an Hour to Start Schedule: Peak Season (Mid April - Mid September) -Day shift - Starts at 7:00 am -Monday to Friday - Occasional weekend hours offered, but never required Off Season (Mid September - Mid April) -Day shift - Starts at 7:00 am (Usually 7:30 after Autumn time change) -Monday to Friday Minimum Job Requirements: -Valid Driver's License -Clean Driving Record for Company Insurance Requirements -18 years of age or older -High School Diploma or GED -A working interview will be required, prior to hire Benefits: -Wage: $21.00 to Start, Automatic Raise after initial 2-4 week of paid training -40 hours PTO after 1st full year -Sick Leave Pay, in Accordance with WA State guidelines - Fully Paid Premium for Medical and Dental, after 90 Days of Full-time employment (Regence BlueShield) -Simple IRA 3% match, after 1st full year -Paid Certification Course to obtain Pool Operators License PoolPro offers a diverse and welcoming environment for all sexualities, races and gender non-conforming human beings.
