In this day and age, the world of HR is insane...the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again with the same results. It just doesn't work. We want to help break the insanity cycle with our own HR Insanity human resources training conference. Join the Monument to Women Veterans and the Center for Strategic Military Excellence on Thursday, September 22nd at the Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze. Our training will include speakers and workshops geared towards: *Workforce Development *How to Hire a Veteran *Mental Health *8A Contracting *Training & Certification Resources *Engagement & Retention *Sourcing and Recruiting *Diversity, Equity & Inclusion *Leadership and Development Lunch, Snacks, and Coffee will be provided.
