Description
Must have a truck, valid drivers license and own tools. Must have a clean background and able to pass a drug test. Job is for a small mobile home park 32 units. Responsible for the day to day maintenance and getting units ready to rent. Duties include painting, minor plumbing repairs and carpentry, cleaning and installation of carpet.
