NO CEILING Summer Event Series is the Cleveland Public Library’s new summer outdoor young professional's social justice program designed to engage young people in conversation, experiences, and learning opportunities, through music, speakers, and entertainment on the last Friday of the Month, May through September. Each month young professionals will have the opportunity to hear, express, and address social justice issues that impact them while listening to live music, and enjoying free food. No Ceiling Events are located in the Outdoor Eastman Reading Garden at Main Library, 525 Superior Avenue, Cleveland Ohio 44114 Registration is not requiredAge 18+Music is provided by Dj StepOne Series Lineup Includes: Friday, May 27, 2022 | 5:30-8:30pm Mental Health & Music A deep dive discussion around mental health concerns in Cleveland including stigma, statistics and testimonials. Friday, June 24, 2022 | 5:30-8:30pm Thrive with Pride Conversation to raise awareness and action around concerns in the LGBTQ+ community including homelessness and alarming violence against transgender people locally. Friday, July 29, 2022 | 5:30-8:30pm Money, Power, Respect A sit-down discussion with leaders shaping Cleveland’s future. An educational session on technological innovation, investing, stocks, crypto and more! Be the first to launch Ohio’s own Silicon Valley. Friday, August 26, 2022 | 5:30-8:30pm Serious Business: From Side Hustle to Main Gig Calling all young entrepreneurs to get serious about your business, it is time to take your business from side hustle to the main gig. Join CPL for an opportunity to network with other business owners, while discovering local resources that can help simplify your business development needs. Friday, September 30, 2022 | 5:30-8:30pm A Celebration of Heritage Celebrate Latinx culture and cuisine and hear about the top issues concerning the Hispanic community locally and how you can help.
