Develop your mixology skills at Hop College: Crafting Beer Cocktails. We're teaming up with High Bank Distillery Co. to teach you how to concoct the perfect beer cocktail using Ohio-brewed beer and Ohio-crafted spirits! Class begins with a hands-on collaborative beer cocktail demonstration. You'll learn the backgrounds and flavor profiles of both the GLBC beers and High Bank spirits used, to deepen your appreciation and understanding of the delicious drink you've created. Side by side tastings of a variety of GLBC beers and High Bank spirits will follow, with an additional beer cocktail lesson shared as a nightcap! All students will take home a GLBC tumbler and a High Bank rocks glass so you can continue your beer cocktail learnings at home. We'll be tasting (and mixing!) the following GLBC beers and High Bank spirits: - TropiCoastal Tropical IPA and Statehouse Gin - Crushworthy Lo-Cal Citrus Wheat and High Bank Vodka - Oktoberfest and Whiskey War Graduate at the bottom of your glass (or tumbler!) at Hop College, where our taproom is your classroom.
