With a focus on housing for large families, Cedar Crossing also includes the El Centro de la Raza Jose Marti childcare center, a large community room where Mercy Housing Northwest will offer resident services, ground floor retail space, and a children's playground. Cedar Crossing also features a partnership with Mary's Place and Seattle Children's Hospital.
