There's a crispness in the air, gorgeous produce available at the markets and it's finally cool enough to turn on the oven without overheating! In other words, the perfect time to make a comforting fall menu bursting with vegetables (and apples too). Here's what we'll be making:

What's the refund policy?
Full refund up to one week before the class. Within one week of the class I will give you a refund if I can fill the space.
What should I bring into to the class?
Just bring yourself and a beverage, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, if you wish (I provide water - still and sparkling). I provide aprons, equipment, copies of recipes and the food. Occasionally we will have leftovers, so feel fring to bring a reusable container if you want to bring food home.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
My address is 2 Oakmount Circle - first house on the left when you turn onto Oakmount (gray cape cod w/ yellow door). There is plenty of street parking available on Oakmount.
