Challenge Accepted: CIS-SA Steps Forward In Times of Crisis Communities In School of San Antonio has been on the forefront of supporting students, families and teachers during times of crisis. Join us at the Friends Annual meeting to learn more about CIS-SA’s: o Whole Community efforts to support the complexities caused by the pandemic, as well as the tragedy in Uvalde- (Jessica Weaver, Chief Executive Officer) o Whole Child development which includes our foundational trainings in evidence based, Trauma Informed practices and the science of ACEs. (Lauren Geraghty, Chief Strategy Officer) o Whole School impact to support adults on campus through the Basecampus model program (Veronica Sandoval, Basecampus Coach) Moderated by Bill Moll, Friend of CIS and Retired CEO of Clear Channel Television & KLRN Public Television Additionally, we will adopt the new Friends of CIS Steering Committee officer slate.
