Barry's at its core it is a 50 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that is meant to spike your heart rate and push you to your limits! Break a sweat with instructor Coley C. while you enjoy this complimentary Total Body Barry's class. All you'll need is yourself, a mat and water bottle!
The class will take place outdoors on the plaza at Lincoln Common. It is required to bring your own mat.
