Found blue parakeet during WEN windstorm

Found a very friendly blue male parakeet during the wind storm in wenatchee. He was flying around my yard, scared and thirsty. He’s very friendly, I think someone loves him very much. Please reply if you know anyone looking for him. We’re calling him “Edwind”
