Rhapsody’s Victorian Coffee House is an upscale coffee house in Franklin MA looking to hire a CHEF ASSISTANT. We are searching for a dependable and personable multi-role individual. The successful candidate should be available to work most weekends and as needed during the week. This is an awesome opportunity for someone looking to add their creativity to our coffee house! This position is ideal for a culinary student or recent undergraduate student within culinary. Our customers are amazing, and our staff is filled with positive mindsets. Responsibilities: - Preparing and serving menu items (experience preferred) - Barista duties (experience preferred but not needed) - Work well with our current chef and MUST be open to training and criticism - Aware or restaurants duties and clean up responsibilities Qualifications: - Good customer service experience - Personable and friendly demeanor - Experience with restaurants, preferred - Ability to communicate and listen effectively - Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils ************************************* We are looking forward to reading your application.
