This is a hands-on class in which you will learn how to master the exquisite French soufflé. First, you will learn to make the cheese soufflé using Comte, which is a French cheese from the Jura Massif region. It is full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Then, you will learn how to make a lemon soufflé. Light, fluffy and refined, it is like eating a little cloud from heaven.
